1. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start your return, please contact us at contact@oceanea.store and include your order number and reason for return.
2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
