Refund Policy

At Oceanea, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Order Processing & Cancellation

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before your order has been shipped and within the time period specified on our website for cancellations.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.


2. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start your return, please contact us at contact@oceanea.store and include your order number and reason for return.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or any non-defective reason), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    The specific fee will depend on the courier service chosen.

  • If the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival), Oceanea will cover all return shipping costs.


5. Return Address

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional events


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
